We use on our website the services of Eleven Labs Inc. (USA)to provide the interactive voice agent "Luisa". Here, your voice inputs are processed to generate a response.

Third country transmission: The data is processed in the USA. The protection is provided via the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
Storage Duration & Security: We use the "Zero Retention" setting. This means that your audio data will not be stored permanently after processing and will be deleted immediately. There is no training of the AI with your voice data.
